We love our fish here at Saucy, and eat well over our recommended two portions per week, but a little over two years ago now; we recognised that others felt a little bit funny about fish…

We found that people loved being served gorgeous fish dishes in restaurants, but weren’t overly confident about cooking with fish at home and so we set out to put more fish on plates in the UK, with our irresistible 22-strong range of superb fish dishes bursting with tasty sauce combinations and easy-peasy cooking methods for convenience!

Needless to say, all of our products are wholesome, healthy and made with ingredients you would find in your own kitchen cupboards at home and as we love fish, we care about them too, so all of our products are responsibly sourced.

Foil Bake Bags

Great for those who love fish but maybe don’t have the time or confidence to cook it from scratch.

The foil bake bag is sealed for speedier cooking and perfectly blends the flavoured butters which can seep beautifully into the fresh fillets, meaning that the fillet is part-steamed and part-baked for the ultimate succulent fish dish! 

What’s more, it’s wholesome, hearty and there’s no mess and no smell – Fish minus the fuss!

Fish and Sauce Pairings

The Saucy Fish Co.’s Fish and Sauce Pairings range requires a tiny bit more time and effort, but the concept remains the same.

Simply oven bake the fish fillets - each sauce dressing can be eaten cold or heated by placing the sachet in hot water – and decide whether to serve it with a delicious salad or some roasted veggies.
